ABVI
His most personal solo electronic and experimental project that explores compelling writing, sound design and composition. This project was born from the need to express his own understanding of the world through Ivan's best companion, music.
PILSUM
Ivan Abogado's and Alex Gil's musical adventure. Ever since they started learning and supporting each other on their guitar playing journey, they dreamt of recording their own music. They formed PILSUM where they explore their passion for progressive/alternative rock and mesmerizing soundscape textures. Creating music inspired by deep emotions and nature.
Resistencia
Ivan joined Resistencia in 2019. These amazing connection was the product of Ivan's close friendship with the keyboard master Eduardo Williams and knowing about Manuel (vocals) and Mauricio (drums), both also creators of the band. Ivan joined the band after the first two albums in the middle of the creation of "HARDPOP". Collaborated with them in terms of composition, msuic production and live performances. Resistencia is currently working in the release of new songs, recorded in Panoram studios, Toy Factory and Topetitud in the heart of Mexico City.
Gus Rubio
Gus Rubio and Ivan met in Mexico City in 2025 and have been collaborating ever since. Ivan was captivated with Gus' musicality and lyric writting ability. Acceptin the challange of writting music together for Gus' composers' project. Now with two singles in streaming services.
